* **Corjl Editable Templates:** Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from Corjl.com (sent to the email address associated with your order) containing a link to access and edit your purchased template(s). You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and can receive emails from Corjl.
* **Custom Banknote Design Services:** The process and timeline for custom designs will be communicated to you before or upon purchase. Typically, final custom digital files will be delivered via email to the address provided within 1-3 business days, after all required information and materials have been received from you and any agreed-upon revisions are complete.Due to the digital nature of our products and services:
* Digital SVG Files & Corjl Templates: All sales of downloadable SVG files and Corjl editable templates are final and generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review product descriptions and Corjl demos (if available) carefully before purchasing.
* Custom Banknote Design Services: Once work has commenced on a custom design, fees are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a custom order before work has begun, please contact us immediately.
* Exceptions: Refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective files or if you have not yet downloaded the product or accessed the Corjl template link, at our sole discretion. Please contact us at info@founddreamgifts.com with any issues.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
